Iron Creek Bay Farm Stay History
Located on the doorstep of the Tasman Peninsula and just 30 minutes’ drive from Hobart, Iron Creek Bay Farm Stay is a premium farm-stay experience providing guests the opportunity to reconnect with nature, enjoy local produce and to relax in beautifully presented accommodation featuring 91 rooms.
Formally known as Orani, Iron Creek Bay Farm Stay was once a small family farm known for its cherries, apricots and Tasmanian cool climate grape vines. After a two-year transformation which saw existing farming operations expanded, the site now includes world class accommodation, a café as well as a restaurant, significant meeting and event facilities, and a retail store.

Iron Creek Bay Farm Stay has a convenience store with a range of items such as groceries, snack foods, soft drinks, ice cream, toiletries and over the counter drugs. Currently our store is undergoing redesigning and will open soon. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may bring. Our store will open with a new look to give you a much better Farm Stay.
Sight Seeing
Twilight is the perfect time to observe the Black Cockatoos returning to their nests. Or to enjoy magnificent sunsets from our Pavilion Balcony suits.
